All of our rings are delivered in our hand-sewn Bloedstone green leather case (which can double as a wallet/card holder). If you don’t plan to wear your ring at all times, we recommend wrapping it in the provided polishing cloth and storing it in its original leather case.

Historical Significance & Lore

Mother of pearl became synonymous with glamorous desert sophistication in mid-century America - inlaid into everything from cigarette cases to cufflinks, guitars to casino chips. The Rat Pack era embraced its iridescent shimmer, making it a staple of Palm Springs lounges and Las Vegas style, where its cool luminescence captured the sleek optimism of 1950s modernism.

Stone Symbolism

Mother of pearl represents nurturing protection, intuition, and emotional balance. Like the mollusk that creates it layer by patient layer, it symbolizes the transformation of irritation into something beautiful. The material embodies patience, the rhythms of nature, and the quiet strength of gradual growth.

Geological Deposit

Though it's not a stone but rather an organic material, mother of pearl forms in the shells of mollusks throughout the world's oceans, particularly in tropical and subtropical waters.

Our Promise

While aesthetics are key in our designs, we believe true craftsmanship also considers where materials come from and how they’re made. We have a responsibility to our planet to design with intention and integrity, creating pieces that carry meaning and legacy without waste. Our approach to sustainable men’s jewelry is simple: use what already exists.
