Do You Have a Store?
We run Bloedstone from our home studio and don't have a storefront at this time. We carry our pieces locally at Grandpa in Los Feliz.
We take in-person consultations at our studio by appointment only. Visit Our Studio!
Do you accept custom orders?
We do accept customs orders. If interested please book a studio visit or contact us to get started!
Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping
Each piece is handcrafted to order, so production times may vary slightly.
Our necklaces take 1-2 weeks, our bands usually take 3-4 weeks while our signets can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. If you need it in a shorter timeline, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite.
Our packages ship via USPS or UPS and you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
International Shipping
International shipping can take anywhere from 5-15 business days once item is shipped.

Duties are fees imposed by customs authorities on imported merchandise. The fees are based on the value and weight of the international shipment and are established by the local authorities.
We do not charge taxes for international orders at checkout. You will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order, for which we (Bloedstone) cannot accept liability.
Please note that your local customs agency may hold your order until duties, taxes, and fees are paid, resulting in a delay in delivery.
The refusal of payment of such fees causes a complete cancellation of the order.
If the receiver refuses shipment and the package is returned to us, the refund will have the shipping fee and a $25 USD Return to Sender fee deducted from the receivers refund.
Do you offer insurance on orders?
All gold & platinum orders are shipped fully insured with signature required for your piece of mind and ours.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 5 business days of purchasing. Once your piece enters into production after that time, we can’t cancel, but we can discuss edits, exchanges or store credit instead.
What is your return policy?
All rings (regardless of metal) and any solid gold or platinum pieces are final sale.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn sterling silver necklaces and unused accessories.
We cannot accept returns/exchanges on any items that have been personalized (engraving, custom length chain, etc).

Can I have my order rushed?
If you need a piece by a certain date, we will try our best to make that work. Please email us before ordering.
Care
How do I know my size?
The best way to get your correct size is to visit a local jeweler and have them measure your finger. We recommend sizing as tight as possible while still prioritizing your comfort. You can order one of our free ring sizers to get started or if you're local to Los Angeles, you can make an appointment to visit our studio.
Did you get your ring and find it needs to be resized?
We charge $100 for resizing our bands and $150 to resize our stone signets.

My stone broke, can you fix it?
If for any reason you have issues with your stones, like a crack or it pops out, please reach out. We can, most likely, either replace the stone or re-set it.
