Shipping/Returns

All rings are made to order. Our bands usually take 1-2 weeks while our signets can take anywhere from 4-6. If you need it in a shorter timeline, please contact us and we will do our best to expedite.

Our packages ship via USPS or UPS and you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. All rings must be returned unworn. Any sign of damage or wear and tear, we will not be able to accept the return.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any duties or tariffs being paid regarding your order. 

We cannot accept returns on any items that have been personalized with engraving.
